Fast boil One-Minute gyozas, then place gyozas on a strainer, or lay flat on a plate,
sprinkling bits and pieces of white bread crumbs (Panko), and pan-fry
the gyozas @ medium heat for 3-minute, turning golden brown to bring out the best
of the lobster dumplings; outside crisp and inside most tender and juicy!
